SHIPPING
Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. Average shipping time ranges from 5-12 business days depending on your location.
Please be aware that items in multi-item orders may arrive at different times, as we may be shipping certain items in your order from any of our multiple shipping facilities. Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your items on the same delivery day. The remainder of your order is on the way, and you can contact us if needed for an update.
Please allow anywhere from 5-15 business days for your full order to be delivered depending on what country/region you are ordering from. Customers in the United States can expect their orders to arrive faster.
Estimated Delivery Times are not a guarantee. Please contact us directly if your order hasn’t arrived more than 3 days after your Estimated Delivery Time.
Metal & Glory ships globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):
- Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
Order Tracking - Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location.

RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 15 days. After 15 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns or shipping labels. A return address will be provided to you via email if your return is approved.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is either approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the full amount of your refunded item to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 business days depending on bank transaction times.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received you refund yet, please be patient. Wait 3 days, and if you still have not received your refund back to your original method of purchase, please feel free to contact us.
There is often processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact your bank to see the status of the refund before contacting us.
SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Items purchased from the SALES section of our website are final sale and will not be refunded. This does not apply to items purchased with a discount code.
EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will ask for photo proof of the damage/defect. Once receiving photo proof of the damage/defect to your item, the replacement item will be sent to you.
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted no more than 7 business days from the date your order arrives. Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first and submitting your claim, which you can do on our contact page here.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
